The government has issued its forecast on energy and travel - in that, the price of gasoline will hit $3.40 per gallon. If the price of gasoline hits $4.00 per gallon, will you alter any plans for your Summer travel ?

Would you cut back on car travel?.....Take more public transportation....? Stay at home...?

How will you cope with the expected huge increase on gasoline prices and have you begun changing your ways/methods of traveling ?

Who do you blame for the increase in gasoline prices...President Bush, the gasoline companies, etc....Who's to Blame ?

That is a lot of question for just one answer. But people have to live by their own means. If they have the money and can afford that trip. Then they will take that trip, if they cant then they wont. i blame all who have lined their pockets with all the profit being made in oil. Oil has not changed in 50 years, or for as long as they have been drilling for it. So why the higher expense? If there was a shortage, then you would see long lines at the pumps like in the 80's. But you dont, it is just a glut of money making.

Who is to blame for the inrease in gas prices? The government for not maintaining and encouraging the conservation of ourr natural resourse and looking into new energy sources. and becoming dependent on other nations for fuel. And lastly, the consumer for not using fuel wisely .and the auto manufacturers for not producing fuel efficient vehicles and the public for being consumed with the idea that a "suv" promotes a status symbol and not thinking about the effect they will have on the gas supply.
