How can I be more confident without looking like a psycho when someone is rude to me. For example: I was in this ladies shop the other day and she looked at me really rude and spoke to me really snotty in a valley girls voice she was at least 10-15 yrs older than me but very rich because she owns her own tanning salon and thinks that she is better you can tell. So what is the appropriate way to deal with people like this?

Don't take rudeness personally. People behave this way because they are inadequate and have low self worth. It is imperative that they treat others rudely so that they can have self value.
