Hi,
This is an old school remedy that my granny taught me on how to lighten dark spots on your elbows and knees.

You take a lemon or lime and cut in half then grind it on the sopt as if you were trying to make juice. It will sting a little but the results are guaranteed and cheap. Just do this daily and you should have your desired results in about 3 days or less.

They probably have more melanin than other parts of your body. I'd use a stronger sun block on them than you use else where. I also suggest staying out of the sun, totally, that might work, also.
