The alphabet networks must first show up to take pictures.
Jesse Jackson will demonstrate if at least 50% aren't Black.
Kennedy and Kerry propose a tax hike (just in case).
The EEOC drafts an "ACT" to make it all legal.
Hillary Clinton gets her law firm to be there just in case.
There is a shortage of light bulbs so the liberals steal one.
The police come and arrest the liberal because he's not part
of a Union. So, all in all, it took "a village" to get one light bulb
to work. Good Story?

Here's a better question to ask and I've saved you the
haaaaarrrrrrd work of trying to think of the answers...

How many Republicans does it take to screw in a light bulb?

Answer......Four hundred and seventy one

12 to investigate Clinton's involvement in the failure of the old bulb;
23 to deregulate the light bulb industry;
16 to cut funding for alternative lighting R&D;
34 to cut the marginal tax rate on high-wattage light bulbs;
9 to threaten trade sanctions if Germany and Japan don't start buying more 110-volt bulbs;
53 to design a block grant so the states can change the bulb;
41 to chat with defence contractors about equipping everyone in the building with night-vision gear instead;

And 283 to pass a law making it illegal to discuss naked bulbs, or screwing anything, on the Internet.

Well first there would have to be a study as to the impact to the environment if the light bulb were to be changed.Then there would have to be a conference as to the feasibility of the task.Next there would have to be funds appropriated,with amendments for pork.Finally they would pass a bill,but of course they could not actually change the light bulb because then they would not have the issue for the next appropriation.
