What do you think about Anne Coulter's comments about the 9/11 widows?

The group of outspoken 9/11 widows who pushed for the commission to investigate the attacks are "self-obsessed" and act "as if the terrorist attacks happened only to them," conservative author Ann Coulter charges in her new book. In her book, Coulter said, "I've never seen people enjoying their husbands' deaths so much."

I think its absoultely awful. These women are in pain, grieving their husbands deaths. How can she say that the women are enjoying their husbands deaths?I know that if my husband died, there would be no enjoyment, especially not if he died the way that those men died. I hope people don't buy this book in respect for those who lost someone that day. She is just trying to capitalize on their pain.

I'm not surprised at all. Of course a Conservative commentator would feel this way. One of the more unfortunate hallmarks of conservatism in America is a total lack of regard for others. That's why they all hate Liberals so much. Liberals are, by definition, concerned with the common good, a concept totally foreign to Conservative hate-mongers like Coulter.

i think of what she reported became taken the incorrect way. If human beings might examine between the strains they might see what she became getting at. the priority right it is that persons do no longer want to pay attention the certainty and while some one like Anne Coulter has the balls to assert it like it particularly is, even however she would be attacked by ability of the media and nay-sayers, nicely, I basically would desire to like her. every person sees issues in a diverse way in existence, uncommon see the actual reality of issues. people who can see the certainty should not be attacked with the aid of fact the the remainder of the international is blind.

Please don't buy anymore of her books. Instead, read some of these ridiculously... I can't even find the words to describe these quotes!

And she caused another uproar when she said, "My only regret with Timothy McVeigh is he did not go to The New York Times Building."

McVeigh blew up the Oklahoma City federal building in 1995, killing 168 people, 19 of them children.

I find it frightening that people like her exist in America and even more frightening that people actually buy her books.

I've never had the 'pleasure' to listen to her but she reminds me of the trolls who show up here all the time saying 'provocative' nonsense just to giggle at everybody's indignant responses. Isn't the best thing to do just to ignore her and hope she goes away?

you know, i'm a writer, and if someone from the publisher that puts her self-righteous, self-serving ridiculous propaganda into print me a publication offer, i'd turn it down, saying that i wouldn't want to contribute to the same publisher that endorsed her inflated self worth and selfish opinions.

once at a thrift store i saw one of her books, read about 3 pages of it, and then defaced her face on the cover because i was so disgusted by the way she thinks.

well, anyone that reduces things to their most base level by belittling someone else for their beliefs or convictions just by virtue of the fact that they don't agree with you is useless. that is a behavior and tactic that most people gave up when they became adults, but i'm sure it sells many books.
