I answered this question for you in another section... yes it is legal to have porn in your email, as long as the porn is of legal aged people, and you are of legal age.

there are no rules I believe if you are an adult you are more likely to have adult friends on your mail account and that's why you should be careful who you send pictures and receive from as well
