Not for drugs and terrorists, but for people who aren't doing anything harmful who just want to live here. Actually, we really SHOULD legalize all those drugs, because there is NO way in Hell that we will ever be able to stop people from bringing them in and out of this country. The demand is far too high for such a concept to be practical. But yet our government is SO retarded that they don't care. All they care about is being on a power trip, otherwise they would get their heads out of their asses and realize that there are more effective ways to spend money besides flushing it down the drug war toilet. And as far as terrorists go, until we stop the racial profiling, that problem will never stop either. But that's ok, because it won't ever stop, will it?

Why should we just impose that on boarders? Why not people with mortgages, too? I dont see why paying rent should impose terror and drugs on one, even if this IS a capitalist nation.
And by the by, if we DO discriminate against the boarders, why just with one terrorist? He will be awfully busy, and probably will only be able to muster up vague uneasiness, rather than full-blown terror.

No. We certainly did not leave the border open for the 9/11 terrorists. They crossed the Canadian-US border in Maine quite legally.

The US southern border should be militarized. The US Army should take control of the border, and anyone attempting to cross should be rounded up and thrown into a concentration camp.

we should leave the borders open, and do what we can do stop drug trafficking and terrorists.
so yes. closing the borders is selfish, un-american, and just cuts us off from the rest of the world.
