Well it depends, yahoo has an adult section for people who want racy pictures in profiles etc. If pictures are in their mail, someone probably sent them to the person, so they could delete them too, how would you know if you didn't have access to the mail? If it's child porn it's illegal and they would get in trouble if reported, but again how would you know the age of the person in the picture too? You'd have to be really sure to report them.

You can put any type of "legal" porn photos in your yahoo photo
albums. If you choose to look at someone elses photos, don't be so suprised at what you might find. It is however illegal to post photos of underage persons of a sexual nature.

I was under the impression that YOU are responsible for what's in your e-mail, not yahoo, therefore, how can Yahoo be liable?
