Just taking a poll to see who believes and who don't. What are your opinions and thoughts. Just being curious. If you are into it tell me. If you think it is fake, tell me. Does it work or not?

I do have books about witch craft and that is what they are called. I'm not saying it is bad or anything, it talks about wicca. I just wanted to know who believes and who don't. There is so much to know about it.

I believe in witchcraft, because I practice it but the components of a spell are very similar to a prayer. When you pray you send off thoughts or energy to your higher power, thus when casting a spell you send energy out and one might even say a prayer and a spell are the same. A spell can be as hard as you wish it to be or it can be as simple as lighting a candle and chanting something three times.
But I do not see how magick can be good or bad, it has no soul no body no mind. The way I see it only the person working the magick can be good or bad not the magick itself

Witch craft is very real and nothing to mess with unless you know what your doing. I have seen "spells" at work and done some myself. It's not magic or slide of hand, it's real! There's dark and white magic( good and bad). To call it witch craft is to say that its all bad and the meaning is nothing its not witch craft but many different religions. If you need anything else answered just ask it not hard to understand!

I've never seen anyone cast spells so I don't know if witch craft is real or not, but I wouldn't take any chances. Have you seen The Craft? Pretty freaky.

There's a book out there called "Not in Kansas Anymore" by Christine Wicker that you might enjoy. In the introduction she makes the point that many people who believe in or practice witchcraft believe that they can use the power of their mind to make the world a better place. I don't know if it's true or not, but wouldn't it be lovely if they were right?

Hi there, you appear to be complicated herbalism and witchcraft 2 very specific factor. Herbalism is using herbs to treatment sickness or alleviate signs. Most of humanity's treatments till very not too long ago had been natural - aspirin is salicylic acid that is located in willow bark - till it used to be synthesised in a laboratory this used to be its supply. That is simply one instance of enormous quantities. Not all witches are pagans (that is itself an umbrella time period for a quantity of devout paths) - witchcraft is a train now not a religion. Witchcraft additionally takes many varieties, you appear to be sticking with the average magic course, however different cultures world wide use what maybe termed witchcraft, it's the utilisaton of average energies, and your possess reason. I will have to suppose that only a few of the folks burned on the stake or killed in a style of alternative approaches had been honestly "witches", such a lot may have been foxy guys or ladies, natural healers or blameless folks whose estate used to be coveted through the "witch finders".....when you had been accused that used to be sufficient to factor the finger of guilt, as (heavy irony right here) to be accused used to be tantamount to being responsible considering the fact that God do not need made any person factor the finger....blah blah blah....an overly tortuous argument. So you appear, by way of your drug triggered haze, to be equating an curiosity in natural treatment with both being a pagan or a witch, or each. This to me indicates a transparent loss of expertise of what constitutes each a witch, a pagan, and the ones folks that experience a n curiosity in natural treatment. Some folks recollect natural treatment awesome to chemical treatment, with out realising that herbs are powerful, and must be treated appropriately. Herbs = well, does not always comply with. There is room for all methods each holistic and allopathic. So to sum up - pagan is an umbrella time period for a quantity of religion paths. Witch is a time period utilized in a quantity of specific approaches through specific cultures and folks of any religion and none can also be witches. Herbal treatment and using herbs to treatment and alleviate is unrelated to both prior phrase, even though folks who describe themselves as both or each will have an curiosity in natural treatment. There, desire that is transparent? Halcon :-))

Being Wiccan I do believe in it and have seen it work. I have also done it myself. But if you are basing it on those movies and TV shows you are going to be disappointed because those are fiction and not real.
