It appears to be a pretty universal problem... with a pretty universal answer.. when structural integrity is impeded, the body will adapt to that structural alteration. The results being, unequal muscle loading on one side. When any nerve, (including the sciatic nerve) gets impinged, it sets up an inflamatory process which can involve the entire length of the nerve.

Stretching is a very important part of relieving that nerve pressure. But, does not eliminate the structural changes. Considering the fact; more than half any population has one leg shorter than the other, would surely suggest the need for structural changes above that level, just to accommodate the center of gravity. (Head above the feet). Treating the cause rather than the symptoms, is most often preferable.

In my history, chropractors saved the day.

I am also suffering from sciatica,I could not solve my problem with any treatment.Lastly my self treatment was very much successful. The treatment is very simple.Apply a small amount of Olive oil on the pain-affected part and try to absorb it.This should be done twice a day,in the morning and before bed time.If the treatment is regular, good results will be expected.Do not leave this treatment till the sciatica remains.

Well, there is a fairly new one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. This treatment really seems to stop a main cause of sciatica, and I know of some persons who got rid of all symptoms within a short period of time.

Anyway, it's worth trying - you'll be amazed.

Just - the treatment is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. It worth even a long journey! :-)

Mould is from humid air so check ventilation and NO gas fires (they make water) This is dangerous to health so clear it quickly. Do not sleep in the room till it has gone. A dehumidifier is the best method and cleaning as others have suggested. Good luck
