By moving on. It's been year. It does not take anyone that long to make a decision. She does not want to take you and don't know how to tell you. Go find another.

Are you nuts? it tooks you a year already and you still don't have the answer or got the true message that she wants to say? When a lady says she needs more time to think or make a decision about dating you, it means she isn't interested, "get lost", "get out of my face"!
Gee! go find another lady who likes you and will be all over you. Believe me, when they like you, love you, then you can't get rid of them, then they want you to pay more attention to then, then they complain that you aren't sensitive to their feeling..they don't want you to wait for a year to make a decision.
