I find the stupid questions get the most responses.
I love answering stupid questions because I use my brain more coming up with a witty and equally as stupid replies

People are so up tight today............. they need to loosen up and have a sense of humour.

If every question was a sensible one I for one would find it boring!!

Because some people are not the brightest and have a knack for talking constantly. Some people are just plain annoying. You should avoid people like that. I have experience with this one person. I use the technique of ignoring. =]

There are no stupid questions grasshopper, only stupid answers.

Most of the time, here anyway, it is either a person trying to get a reaction, or a person to lazy to Google for themselves.

well, it's better than saying it in person - don't you have one of those moments that you always remember, where you said something truly stupid?

and lots of them are just filling up the space and using the ink to make points.

What's up w/ the points - do we get to trade them in for a Lexus if we make it to a million?

Hmmm... what criteria are you applying in your assessment of the intelligence or lack thereof for the questions you are referring to in your question?

That's what happens when you allow people of questionable intelligence freedom.
