Just buy stage 2 nipples. You do not want to risk your baby choking. they also have nipples at wal-mart, Babies r Us and Target that you can turn different direction and change the flow of the formula. I bought some for my son and they worked great.

Make the hole bigger or depending on how your son is feeding go ahead and switch to the stage 2 nipple of you would wish to reserve the stage 1 for a later date.

If you know he's ready for a stage 2 heat a needle really hot then poke through the nipple or purchase a stage 2 nipple.

Just make the hole bigger by sticking the tip of a knife or fork through it easy as 1 2 3 .

i used a fork and streched the hole a lil
