MS Word has "envelopes and labels" under (I think) tools

You will swear a lot. Try it on normal paper about 100 times before putting the labels in, and make sure you know which way is up.

Ms Word 2003
open word, go to tools menu click letters and mailings
choose mail merge
next window choose labels
choose the information you have written before hand into a ms excel spreadsheet (this info is the info you want on the labels, such as name addresses, or recipes or whatever you want on the lables.
VERY IMPORTANT choose LABEL NUMBER then when you print off the labels they will be set by that choice and everything will print on the labels and not half way down or above where it is suppose to print the text.
it is very straight forward and you have the option at the bottom to go to previous or next all the way through so easy to rectify any errors
finally merge labels and save

If you have Word then click on Tools and then Click on Envelopes and Labels.
You may need to set up the lables first using options.
If your label is not in the list then you will have to specify the details (New Label). A ruler will be useful.

It is worth printing the address on plain paper first and checking the alignment by putting the paper on top of the label and then putting both up against a window. It is cheaper to print a mistake on paper than it is on labels.
