Coy Duke was played by Byron Cherry (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0156057/) He has not done a lot of other acting on TV or movies
Vance Duke was played by Christopher Mayer (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0562356/) He has done more work, but is not a major actor.
The characters were cousins of Bo and Luke (and I'm sad I know that)

Coy and Vance Duke were played by Byron Cherry (top right, bottom left), and Christopher Mayer (top left, bottom right). They came onto The Dukes of Hazzard when the original Dukes, Bo and Luke, supposedly joined the Nascar circuit. The entire issue was over a contract dispute between the actors and the Producers, but nonetheless the storyline continued. Coy and Vance immediately came into trouble when the Capital City Bank was robbed by Boss Hogg's suped up tank like Mean Green Machine. I mean come on, you have to feel sorry for two guys who come home just to get their car blown up by an armored tank. The whole point is whether you like it or not, Coy and Vance were Dukes, and darn good ones.

RE:
What happened to the two actors..They were Coy and Vance Duke?
Due to a dispute at the studios the lead actors on the Dukes of Hazard were replaced for a while. I didnt like em much. But does anyone know who they were. Have they ever been in anything else? In the Tv show i think they were Bo and Lukes cousins.

from wikipedia...
Two "replacement Dukes" were subsequently hired (Byron Cherry as Coy, Christopher Mayer as Vance), and the ratings immediately sank. The "faux Dukes" (one of the more polite ways viewers described the "long-lost nephews" of Uncle Jesse) were never popular with viewers, and were immediately written out the show when Schneider and Wopat reached a settlement and returned to the series in early 1983. Some fans consider this period as "The Scabs of Hazzard".
Byron "Coy" Cherry didn't do anything spectacular after manning the General Lee, but Christopher "Vance" Mayer had comparatively better TV success with appearances on the soap "Santa Barabara", "Baywatch", and "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine"
