Volatile liquids are the liquids that evoporates readily at room temperrature therefore they evoporate rapidly "relatively" at low temperature i.e.answer c is correct.

I can't top the previous answer for correctness, but i can explain that in vapor form, there is more exposure to oxygen, so that, with an ignition source, the results aren't just a flame, but an explosion. Look up Gasoline, Acetone, Hydrazine.
