go to www.babyzone .com. they can chart it for you. all you have to do is input your LMP and it does all the work for you. it has worked all 3 times for me.

You can make your own chart as well. Each morning before you get out of bed, and at the same time, take your temperature. When you are ovulating, and every day after that until the first day of your period, your temperature rises by one degree. When you first notice the spike, that is your day of ovulation.

I'm going to include the link to a trying to conceive forum that I think you might find useful. It's full of supportive women with boundless knowledge about these issues. I learnt so much there that I doubt I would have learnt otherwise.

You could go to www.fertilityfriend.com I found this site to be really helpful for me when I was trying to conceive my second child. I also highly recommend the book Taking Charge of your Fertility. I bought the book off of www.amazon.com when I was trying to conceive. It was such a great book. I think that every woman should read it and know all about her body before she starts trying to have a baby. It is very imformational. I wish you the best of luck and hope that you get good news soon!
