Like software...or a website...I want to know how I can get a regular picture, say for instance of my dog, into Andy Warhol style...also know as silkscreening.

lower the resolution of the picture. if it's a 16 million colour picture, try lowering that to 256, if that isn't quite enought, lower it to 16. Most programs for photo manipulation have some method to do this..

What do u mean by "Andy Warhol" style? But I know how to use photoshop.

Take a picture of a Campbell's soup can.
Put it on your computer
Print it out.
