it is because there is gas which is air inside of the stomach and when it comes out it just makes that noise sometimes they are silent

How do people fart? By pushing excess gas from their colon.
WHY do people fart? Because by the time food stuffs reach the colon, most of it is digested and absorbed in the small intestine. Then, whatever is left over hits the large intesting and interacts with bacteria which live in the colon and further decompose the elements of food. The side effect of this is gas.
It's gotta go somewhere. By this point, the closest exit is the butt.
