With the limited info in the question, I am going to take a guess at what you need...
Sounds like you are trying to add some kind of a plug in or download from the Internet that requires administrative rights to install.
Assuming you are on your own home computer, go into the control panel and click on the "user" icon.
You should see the ID you use when you log on to the computer.
Click on that account select "Change my account type".
Change the account type to "administrator".
If this is not what you need, please give more detail. Not very clear from question.

you can get yahoo in general by using the internet and you can get something similar in the products offered by Google. to become an admin you must apply for a job using electronic or by hand submission processes. why? well because you are able to use your skills and abilities to achieve things!! have good time!
