Currently there is no season 6 of 24 although FOX have said that it will begin broadcasting it in January 2007.
Kiefer Sutherland also talked about a possible 24 movie when interviewed on the Jonathan Ross chat show.
And yes it is great. General opinion is that 24 has redefined the thriller genre on TV.

They usually dont filming the show until mid-July or early August out here. I expext that that season six will begin airing in late January.
