Of course, their's nothing in the rules that say you can't. And, would you really want junior and his best friend from school who is catching him call his pitches? No way! That kid would blow out his arm by the time he's 12. Make sense? I was pitcher in Little League, and my manager always called my pitches.

Sure, why not. But in reality little leaguers should be throwing one pitch, fast ball. No curves till he starts shaving.
