Pay very close attention to your teacher's review in class and write down anything you possibly can. Teachers often will use the same questions or similar ones on the actual exam that they used in the review. Also, study whatever notes you have plus any old quizzes and tests you have. Try to correct the quizzes and tests as much as possible then try to quiz yourself. I try to study for at least an hour to an hour an hour and a half. Do not have any distractions while studying also and make sure you are comfortable enough where you are but not so comfortable that you may fall asleep.

Too late to help you now, but constantly review during the school year.
For now, study a lot two or three days before the final so you feel prepared, then take a day off from it the day before, then get a good night sleep the night before. Then it's a snap.

Study. Go over your chapter reviews, in class test reviews, and your in class notes on lecture. Be sure to go over anything your teacher highlighted, repeated, wrote on the board. These should be in your notes.
