If she want to be she can be as muscular as she wants. It is healthier. Hey I like healthy, if she has to be strong to be healthy that is fine with me.

From a male perspective I think a woman should be toned rather than ripped. A nice little six pac is okay, and the legs a little defined for heels and stockings, a firm butt and maybe a little arm strength. I think a woman should be able to pick up the equivalent of her own weight...dead lift. But nothing extravagant like you see in competitions. Call me a male chauvinist. I still appreciate softness.

I'm a guy. I think girls should be as healthy as they can be. Strength shouldn't be a huge factor in determining how healthy you are. If anything, being able to lift your own body weight should be enough.

depends on if thats what you want. I once worked at a casino as a cocktail waitress and within 6 months my left arm had pumped up...I started switching which hand I carried my tray, and before I knew it, I was buff!! I started workin out and realized, hey I can lift 60 lbs like nothing!! it boosts your self-esteem I think...but don't go overboard..being in shape is one thing, you dont want to look like a man in a woman's body

I don't really mind, as long as they fight with each other. if a girl fights with a man (not a perv), there is no way out for the guy. if he beats her, he just hurt a girl, if he lets himself get beat, he just bot beat by a girl
