most people have psychological issues, but i won't phrase it as disorder...it takes a couple of symptoms to become a disorder...
Anyhow, neglect and abuse sure helps in developing outlaws that's not probably what it is. It think it's more a social problem, that it is psychological.
Ofcourse the psyche of the person is the reason they have chosen to go astray, but there are social influences that cause that misconduct...
Drug dealers usually come from a low class society, yet they are exposed to the rich and lavish life that the higher classes live in...you know, luxury, latest cars, women and all....so they want part in that. But unfortunately, they don't have the means or commodity for even the opportunity to have something like that...so what do they do? They become criminals, and outlaws.
They think that the government doesn't care, and those rich folks don't care, so why should i care, if i do something like that. When i'm rich and famous, they will all respect me because of my money, and power...
Hope that answered your question.....there's more to that than just this, but to cut a long story short.....this is what i think should answer it.

its easy cash and they're lazy and they feel like society doesn't wanna help them. They may feel trapped in that lifestyle also. many many other things also can go into it.
