I woke up once to find a freight train running very near my head, but I was able to untie the ropes and get away in time... And it wasn't the sheets that were soaking wet!
I tell you, it was frightening. In fact, it was like someone had put a knife, baby, edgy and dull, and cut a six-inch valley through the middle of my soul. It was a trip...

Sure! Are you stressed? pre-menstral? or pre-menopausal?
hormone fluctuations and or stress can cause these episodes.
