Stretch marks will fade with time. Coco butter and vitamin E will help speed the process.
Other than that, plastic surgery can help, but it leaves its own scars.

While you cannot completely reverse stretch marks, you can however, moisturize in the certain area until they have faded and are no longer visible. I had the problem as well and I started to use Vitamin E cream. It's enriched with other vitamins and minerals and helps the skin regain its natural elasticity. Another thing that I have realized is that when I go into the sun and get a tan they seem to become more visible. But that could just be my body. My boyfriend also just told me that lemon juice works as well, so maybe try both.

Don't listen to people who say you can't get rid of stretch marks or cellulite, the fact is you actually can. Here's what you can do:
- Eat 5 - 6 SMALL meals a day (1 portion of carbs, 1 portion protein in each meal - avoid fattening foods.)
- LIFT WEIGHTS. This helps you lose fat and get rid of stretch marks/cellulite in conjunction with exercising and eating right. Alternate weight lifiting between the upper body and the lower body every other day.
- Cardio exercises (or running). Do this every other day.

The only way to get them totally removed is during surgery to remove excess flab...like when you get a tummy tuck, etc. Even breast lifts eliminate and tighten the skin, making them not so obvious or unatttractive. Also, they do look much better on a toned body, and not on one that allows them to droop or sag with the flesh.
None of the myths you hear are true...they can not be 'remedied' by using any cosmetic or product...sorry.

There are only two ways...
To use coco butter from the minute you find out you're pregnant and try to prevent them from the begining.
Or ...plastic surgery.
The best thing you can do is try a "scar reduction" lotion. Keeping moiturized will help reduce the appearance of strech scars.
Good Luck!

Try the least invasive suggestions first: the creams.
If it doesn't work, see a dermatologist for prescription cream.
That still may not work, so if you really have to get rid of them, you may have to see a plastic surgeon.

That's a good question. I've been wondering the same thing for about 7 years.
