There are 6 seasons, I believe. And as they say in the last season's slogan, everyone dies.

Six Feet Under was broadcast in 63 original episodes over 5 seasons. It began on June 3, 2001 and ended with the airing of the final episode on August 21, 2005.
The final episode was titled "Everyone's Waiting" - it was written and directed by series creator Alan Ball.
