You may be contracted your calves excessivly and not realize it, like when you curl your toes. Try to be consciese of this and perhaps stretch you feet the other way.

I sometimes get cramps on my weist, my calves, and sometimes my thighs...it hurts...but I get over it fast(in like 10 seconds) and **** that pussy some more...lol
