What high crimes or misdemeanors has President Bush committed?

We all know that unfortunately for every decent person born there will be just a little bit more stupid people born.

They defend that moron to no end. It's actually amazing to watch.

I am pretty sure science will use the years that W. has the highest office as a model in to figure out why laws need to be passed that prevent people with very low I.Q.'s from voting.

I am not sure what we should do to get him out of office though, I am torn because our country is hurting, but on the other hand leaving him in office will almost guarantee that the bush family will be finished for good. A plus would be that the party that ran on the "moral high ground" turns out to be the most sleazeball in recent memory, and many republican leaders will simply be driven out on a rail.

I am a tad biased against republicans obviously, but this administration is embarrassing to even right leaning centrist, and many republicans.

The president has not yet been impeached because Senate has a Republican majority. The only way a president can become impeached is when the senate can issue him a subpeona. These upcoming elections are very important for senators especially, so if you want a change, then make sure you vote.

An impeachment is a trial. He has to be caught doing something illegal to be tried. He lied about the war but he wasn't under oath at the time. It may be possible to impeach him over revealing the identity of a CIA agent. That's an act of treason and violates the Constitution.

Because Congress is controlled by Republicans.

He may be impeached after the November election depending on the make-up of Congress then.

Don't bet on it though. There was one US Representative seat up for grabs in yesterday's election and the GOP won that one.

Because the rest of the govenrment doesn't want to. First of all what he has done or not done is not an impeachable offense. He has not broken the law. He is not guilty of "HIgh Crimes or misdeamors" and as bad as it is stupidity and not going furthur to check things out is not a crime.

Because he hasn't been messing with a White House intern in the Oval Office.
