Good luck. You can try to contract with a company like Cobalt or something. They will market your parts on a commission basis. But you will still have to inventory the parts until they sell. I think they are called Cobalt Group.
If you want to sell them all at once, there are people that will do that, but you get about 20-40 cents on the dollar. If your unreturnable parts are old/vintage, this can be a good option to get rid of stuff fast and with little work.
Of course, if you are a new car dealer, the unreturnable parts probably have no value and/or have been scrapped/depreciated already so the most cost effective way to handle them is probably to throw them in the dumpster.
Be careful on Ebay, if you are selling parts that have been scrapped by the manufacturer, that could be big trouble. I know one major domestic manufacturer has people monitoring that website for dealers selling parts scrapped by the company.

I would think a dealer would know this already. there is no reason the dealer can't contact a few local body shops to let them know what he has in stock and sell at cost just to be rid of it.
