Push ups or bench press. also arm curls where you take the weight in your hand and curl upward from the elbow. It should increase the size of your biceps if you do 10 to 50 every other day.

Bicep curls...lot's of them and increase your weights periodically. I suggest you find a personal trainer to show you the proper thechnique and while you're at it, you might as well work your entire body otherwise you'll look a bit odd with fit arms and no buff abs or legs to go with it.
