Marriage to a Morrocan?

as-salaam alaykum I am a UK citizen who wishes to marry a morrocan lady and bring her back to England. What is the easiest way for me to do this (and avoid too much cost/bureacracy., etc)

I recently married a man from Morocco. Like someone wrote you need to do alot of paper work. I dont know the laws in the UK but it will take some time before she can live with you.

For a Christian woman to marry a muslim man is not as difficult as a Chirstian man marrying a muslim woman. I went to the US consulant in Rabat and asked for a avidavit to marry. While your there you need 1. a paper from Morocco saying you have not comitted a crime in that country 2. a paper saying that you are healthy 3. how much money you make 4. birth certificate 5. paper saying what your religion is.

And they might inverview you. They didnt interview me because that day no one was there that could speak English. Which was good. They will ask your fiance is she ever had sex (im not kidding).You will need to go to the UK consulant to get more information.

It didnt take me that long because my husband had alot of "connections" which made the process easy.

Ther is no bureaucracy involved, but if you are not Muslim, you will be asked to convert yourself to Islam to marry her. all thge rest is simple, but it might take between 6 to 12 months to have her join you., maybe less.

i really cant help you but i got some infor for us americans... i myself filed a k-1 visa (fiance) to bring my fiance to the usa....if you check the immigration there, maybe they can help you more...or find a lawyer there they will help you...if you go to morocco it will take over 30 days and alot of paperwork...
