Nothing wrong with being in love with someone - especially if they are your best friend. The whole boss thing can make it a bit complex. If you are best friends with him you should have a pretty good idea of where he stands emotionally. Has he given you any signs to show that he may be interested in you as more than a friend?
You can always talk to him and tell him how you feel and ask him if he feels the same way. If he doesn't then at least you can move on, although things might be awkward for a little while.

Girl, you have a serious problem because he is your boss. If he does not feel the same way about you and you tell him how you feel, it could be awkward for you two. I don't know other than looking for some signs that he wants to get with you. It's probably best to just leave it alone.

That's not bad! Love isn't bad! Who told you that? Have friend ask him if he has any feelings for you. Or you know what? GO FOR IT! Hey, it could make your job strange, but what if something happens, if he falls in love with you, marries you. What if that would happen, but never does because you didn't make a move?

well keep in mindthat if you aproach him the wrong way it could cost you your job, and a sudden akward change in your relationship as friends. Unless you are 100% sure that he'll respond the way you want then go for it, if your willing to risk it then go for it too. You can always find another job and another friend.

Yeah, kinda sounds like a mess. I think if he felt the same way you would know. If you say something and he doesn't then you will create the worst and weirdest situation.

If you want to keep your job i think you should keep these feelings to yourself, there is a saying "Never mix business with pleasure" you would be wise to heed these words if you want to carry on working with this guy
