Most people fell unbalanced at some point in their lives, it is normal.

especially when you are changing and taking on more responsibility in life, some times you feel something is not right.

all you have to think is that everything cannot be perfect all the time and things pass.

also remember that whatever has happened to you has happened to some one else. you are not the only one. when you
open up to some people you will realise the amount of people that feel unbalanced at times and the same way as you.

It would help if you provide more information.

Are you feeling unbalanced physically or emotionally?

Physicaly speaking you should see a doctor, to rule out vertigo, or other middle ear conditions.

Mentally, you should speak to a counselor who can help your work through your problems or issues. Note a counselor doesn't HAVE to be a professional in the field. It could be a friend or family member, or a member of your church. If you can't get through your issues at that level, then it might help to seek out a professional therapist.

Good luck.
