Absolutely not, The Libleft don't like him cause he tells it like it is and besides Iraq and Afghanistan he's got the rest of the world to worry about, I couldn't think of anyone else as Secretary of Defense unless you put Patton or MacArthur in there and they are long gone. We are in WW111 compliments of Clinton and bin laden!

They've started talking about that right after he insulted France and Germany by calling those countries old europe. We are way too far into the Bush Administration for Rumsfield to resign. And he won't. He's one of Bush's most trusted friends with Cheney. I don't think Bush would allow him to resign. At this stage, it really doesn't matter if he resigns. In fact, he hasn't made any blooper since the Pentagon uproar calling for his ouster. I think Rummy is just starting to get the hang of his job.

Obviously a Kennedy question; what other famous Rummys are there who should resign. Sure, but would he? That goes against the Kennedy code of ethics. Do anything you want, pay somebody off if you have to/can to keep quiet, and pretend as if nothing happened. Resigning would be admitting that he did wrong. Kennedy's don't do that. They just point fingers at others.

Yes he should resign. He knows nothing about war, and everything about politicts and kissing ***. He doesn't give a crap about the people of this country, especially the vets. When we have to go to war without the proper supplies, or not enough supplies, and have to raid junk piles just to fix our broken down vehiciles that aren't suited for a country like Iraq, meanwhile back at home families are being torn apart due to the suicidal rate of deployemts these days, then something is very wrong. The rate of homeless Iraq War vets is skyroceting compared to when Vietnam Vets came home. The suicide rate among Iraq War vets is much higher as well. We'd be much better off if Rumsfield put a bullet in his, and Bush's ( and lets not forget Cheney) brains.
