This is vadafone sweepstakes from London, England. Is it for real? It has a Cisco logo participation with it.

If they sent you an email out of the blue, it's a scam. It's very easy for a scammer to duplicate or forge company logos so you should not trust that! A good rule of thumb for any email offers you get, especially lotteries and anything that promises you money, is if you did not ask for the offer, it's junk.
