Very good question. India's cool. Maybe it's because people feel threatened because of all the job outsourcing to India etc.

First off all there's billions of Indians,
They have a jibberish sounding language
their clothes are of bad fashion to the western world
Most of them smell like Indian spices
Very weak history and architecture (Taj Mahal was desined by a Persian not Indian).
And also they are invading western world jobs ( sepecially the stupid phone operators).

Hate is a pretty strong word. I'd say western culture clashes with Indian culture. Their manner of speech (tone, speed, word choice) can come across as rude, which I believe that in their culture is nothing unordinary (I could be wrong). And what we perceive as rude we generally don't like... seriously how many do you know that hate swedes. They speak slowly and all sing song like.

What? nobody i know has ever indicated anythign about hating people from india. i mean not even pakistanis. i have never known anyone who hated people from india.
