ive watched the movie and read the book, I dont neccesarily disbelieve it because there's no proof. The bible leaves out most of Jesus life from his teen years to adulthood, and i beliieve in many of the possibilities the books discuss. Im not going to be close minded and say that I only believe one way because the bible was written by men and not by Jesus himself. You cant proove or disproove the bible theres only theories... and thats what Dan Brown wanted to do... He wrote the book so that people would open up their minds to other possibiliities... With all religions the books of the bible were voted on, it is definitely a possibility that some of the books were left out because they questioned the divinity of jesus... for example him getting married and having children. So im not saying I believe or I dont believe because I wasnt there and how are we to know, those who believe can only do just that believe... sorry I couldnt provide a better explanation, because I could fill up a novel with my answers...I look at history and the facts that we know to be true, where it leads me Im not sure at this point but Im neither going to say that jesus was the son of god or that he was only a great prophet and that he lived as a normal man would live...
