My thoughts: The right time is after the subject matter has been given thorough consideration over time, and after the assistance of outside counselling, after looking at the whole matter from the perspective of the other spouse, considering children views and impacts, and then after than....get another opinion and advice from a qualified person (professional perhaps). It's not easy and never clean, and both sides will suffer the consequences.

if you just got married today and your already thinking of filing a divorce..yeah that is too soon...why get married if your not sure anyways? well seriously it depends upon the situation if it's adultery and violence right away you can but if it's just for your differences you probably have to wait atleast a year or two.

Never to soon, when ever you feel your marriage is over, and you can.t found a solution to your problems.and things just get worse and not better ,it's time, because life is to short to sit around and put up with people's s...t,when you can be happy somewhere else.just don't get married again to the first person you meet next.

It is too soon if you have not done everything you could do to try and work on saving your marriage first.
