i ahve red hair and i hate my red hair im always getting called red head or pippi long stokings !!! if i do im going to die it a light brown im only 13 do u think i should i dont see why it would hurt

A 13 year old girl should not be dying her hair. Be 13!!!! I'm sorry you're being teased; but I'm afraid that being teased is just a part of getting through school. Pippi Longstockings is a great name!
Besides, when you get older red hair is all the rage. Then what will you do when you've totally messed up your beautiful red hair and can't get it back again??? All the other girls who are making fun of you probably wish they had red hair and just are too afraid to say so. Be unique. Be different! Why be brown or blonde or any of those "boring" colors. You're a redhead!!! WOWOWOW. I've listed a few very famous movie stars who had red hair, and they are awesome!!!

Be proud of your red hair. It makes you different. You don't have to look like everyone else that way. I know it's hard at that age with others saying that to you. If you really feel like you can't handle the teasing, maybe try a temporary hair color first that comes out in so many washes. That way if you don't like it, it's not permanent.

Your only in middle school. Other kids will make fun of you eventhough your cute. Don't do it. They'll notice that you changed it because of their name callings and make fun of you even more!
