I am looking forward on minoring in Cosmetology but, I have no clue as to what school to go to. I read a rude comment towards Almeda Beauty School, the one I was planning to attend, but now I don't know what to do. Could someone please help me by giving me some helpful information?

I heard that Peralta colleges (I think it Merrit, but i cant remember, you can look it up online) also offers cosmetolegy classes that are suppose to be pretty good. One of my coworkers is trying to convince me to quit or take the night program that they offer for it. She had some friends that went there and now are hairdressers that make pretty good money at it.

hairdressers make damn good money if you work 10.00 a haircut and it takes 15 min per cut. thats 40.00 an hour at 8 hours a day 320.00 a day work 5 days 1600 a week. as for schools i would check out the yellow pages. it really doesn't matter what school you go to.. you have to have so many credit hours to go to state board. where they decide if you get your llisence or not. and you will get a text book that tells you exactly what to do
