You know the rule to this is quite lax. Unless your reader is strict on the policy, you can do anything you want, as long as you make it more distinct than regular text. But make sure you are consistent. If you underline one title, you should underline all other titles the same way. Personally, any book, magazine, or periodical I underline; any website, underline and change text color; any visual or audio media I italicize.

I usually put them in italics. fyi the correct spelling is sentence.
