Yes, that's what conceiving means. If you're asking whether you can get pregnant the first time you have sex; it's possible, but doesn't happen every time. Still best to use condoms (lubricated!), or the pill or something. No sense trying to raise a kid while you still want to be one.

If you mean, do you get pregnant the first time you have sex, then yes, you can get pregnant the first time you have sex.
If you mean, do you have a baby every time you conceive, the answer is no, many pregnancies are miscarried, and even more pregnancies end before the woman even knows that she has conceived for a variety of reasons.

Not always. An egg and sperm may meet however the embryo may not implant in the uterus and it will die. This often happens when a woman is taking birth control pills or depovera (the shot). The hormones in these methods make the lining of the uterus less likely for the embryo to implant.

the first time you have sex its a 50/50 chance use a condom you dont really have to worrie about becoming PT
