Woah. That's a lot of question...
Well, yes it is legal for Bill to run as VP. However, it is quite unlikely. A person can not seek a 3rd term as president but is allowed to run for VP. Kind of a loop hole.
EDIT: Ooops. Forgot something. Bill can not run as VP if Hillary is running for President because the Prez and VP can not be from the same state. That is why Cheney had to change his legal residence from TX to WY a few days before he was picked as VP.
Would I vote for her? Yes.
Do I vote? Yes.
Am I registered? I would hope so. ;)
Who should she run with? Obama would be nice. He certainly has the charisma to do it. However, I think he would also be in the running for the primaries and it's a tough call to determine who will come out in the end.
However, when it is all said and done. Someone we never though of usually ends up running on the party ticket in the end. For example, who ever heard of Bill Clinton (outside of Arkansas) a few months before the 1992 primaries?

I don't think Slick Willie can run for V.P. because he served his 2 terms as President and can't be president again. I would rather vote for Pee Wee Herman. I do vote, therefore, I am registered. Barak Obama would be almost as bad as Hillary herself. I am independent, but I would never want a hard left leaning president. If she ran with Obama she would never win, so that might be a good idea.

Not only am I registered to vote, I vote all of the time. Primaries, school elections and regular November elections. Every year.
Good question as to who she would run with. I am not sure if she could run with her husband or not. Barak Obama is too new on the scene to be her running mate, but it would be an interesting choice.
It does not matter who she runs with, I would not vote for her.

Yes, I would vote for her and yes, Bill could become Vice President, which would be the first as to A) her being the first female president, B) An ex-president would be vice president and C) they would be the first married couple to do so!

I still would not vote for her, but Mr Clinton would be legally eligible for the
First Gentleman spot. I am a registered voter and would like to see Ms. Rice jump in there, or General Powell.
