I am almost finished my BA in Geography and Psychology but would like to pursue a teaching career. Would I get much work with just Gepgraphy in Secondary schools?

There doesn't seem to be recent vacancies advertised for just one subject. You can keep an eye on upcoming posts at the site below.
"This web site is a 'one stop shop' for vacancies in Irish education."

The second site is a Careers Advisory Service newsletter for graduates from TCD looking for teaching careers. It has a few handy links for other sites where vacancies are advertised.

You would need a second viable subject to get a job.

Permanent jobs are hard to come by, especially at second-level, but you could probably pick up part-time or subbing for a few years which is how most people start.

No you wont, unless you teach english, irish or maths as well. Plenty of primary school jobs though

If it is the Republic and you are studying in the UK, you will have to study there.
