Who says you need a god "to go somewheres" when you die? The bible? Who actually wrote the bible? It was human beings. And who says what they wrote was actually something god said??

I believe that when a person dies, that's it. No heaven, no hell, nothing. And who cares once you're dead?? If it makes someone happy to believe in a hereafter, good for them.

But I challenge ANYONE to convince me there is a god. . . and convince me without using quotes from the bible!! Because nobody can say for sure that what's written in the bible really happened. That's why I say, if somebody wants to "believe", more power to 'em. As for me, I don't believe in the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus or any other unproven fairy tale.

Haven't you seen people and animals and plants die before? You see where they "go". They make room for new life. It's a beautiful and just part of nature. If there really were a God I'd thank him for my life just the way it was and be satisfied with it! I wouldn't demand to be immortal and Godlike like Him. That to me would be arrogant and selfish.

Just a different perspective.

Who said there's not a GOD. If it wasn't for HIM you wouldn't be here right now to ask that question.
