My science teacher when he is having a bad day he just swears at us and just as he is talking and he will call us cheaters and tell us we wont amount to anything and we have no common sense cause its not common in our class. He also insults students about there sexuality and just what he thinks about them! Example: He called one his students which acts a little bit homosexual but he is not a valley girl and told him he would beat him in the head with a wooden bat! But yet the we report him and the school keeps him!

Bring a tape recorder to class, make a copy and send one to your principal with a piece of paper that says "Got Lawsuit?" You dont' even have to sign your name. Gauranteed, that teacher will be gone within a week.

In the off chance that it doesn't work (because your principal is high on crack) send a copy to the superintendent of schools with the teachers name and the date you recorded it.

No way, I hope enough people get together and complain to the superintendent that the teacher is reprimanded. Its almost impossible to get rid of a tenured teacher. The rules need to change.

Ah, no...this teacher may be having 'a bad day'...but this is no excuse for this behavior. Try writing an editorial to your local newspaper...that might get some attention!

NO teacher should be allowed to do that! It's THEIR job to teach common sense to you guys, they are simply not correctly doing their job. Teachers like that need to be fired ....with the quickness too.

That's just not right. He sounds like he could be bi-polar or something. They need to get rid of him.
