Show her some affection. Say hello always. Smile to her when your eyes meet. When given the opportunity, talk to her, ask her to go out for a coffee or dinner. Be a friend first and foremost, if she feels the same way, she'd be seduced come hell and high waters. ;)

if you don't know her at all... a conversation works great... then stuff like flowers. try to be original though, find out what she likes and get her something related (my girlfriend likes jellybeans and green is her fav color so I got her a butt load of green jelly beans once... worked out really well if you know what I mean). even if it seems corny, do it, we women like that sappy crap.
if you do know her, take her dancing, this will give you a great opportunity to be physically close. when the music turns slow, hold her close and dont talk, it'll ruin the moment. just kiss her when the song is over (or right before).
those two work for me :)

Do you remember the age of chivalry. When a guy opens all a women's doors, pulls out her seat, get her flowers just to do it, runs her bath water, washes her off and rubs her down with lotions. Just really thought gestures that most women have yet to experience yet.
I found a guy who did just that and we have been together for 3yrs and engaged.

One word and one word only- CONFIDENCE.
Women do not know what they want. These ladies who have replied that they want a soft, loving, sensitive guy, if you showed one to them they would shun him before he ever get a chance to show them sensitivity. Or if they do develop relationships with these soft men, they quickly become bored of the lack of direction.
Be confident. Know what you want. Treat them with respect and love and tenderness, but don't fawn all over them. Put them on a pedestal and they'll end up looking down on you.

Oh my this is a great question....on Monday tell her how beautiful she looks...on tuesday give her flowers...wend. send her a love not via email, snail mail, etc..thurs. take her out to a nice little lunch...on friday take her to a beautiful dinner tell her how beautiful she looks, show up with one rose and tell her thank you for a wonderful time even before you leave to start your date...and remember always respect her...even if she doesnt make love to you that night she will know and so will you that she is all yours...just have fun spoiling her and she will spoil you in return have fun

Listen to her talk about stuff that doesn't interest you, make sustained eye contact, and make her feel like she's the only girl you'll ever be interested in. Focus on touch, and read her signals.
