Endless patience, love and dedication and a willingness to work for less than you're worth... to constantly bring your work home and put up with people who tell you that your work day is shorter than theirs, and "Gee, isn't it great to have summers off?"... to spend all summer planning your curriculum and all that goes along with it... tears and sighs, pats on the back and encouraging words.

ability to make people care about the subject you're teaching, make it interesting, make it seem like something that's pretty neat. DON'T be boring, throw in a few stories here and there just to spice everything up. but don't try to be friends with every one of your students cuz it's not going to happen, and trying to blend in is the worst thing a teacher can do, cuz that just invites insults

Produces people who are better now than they would be without him/ her!
Also, he makes him/ herself a great character in order to raise those excellent students and pupils!
If you mean about money, ...., try to make donuts, it brings more money!!!!!
